Select Civil currently employs over 90 workers including Engineers, Plant Fitters, Administration staff, Plant Operators and Labour. Our focus on safety & development has contributed to a relatively low turnover of staff in a very fluid industry. Many of our employees having commenced with the company at the start of their careers have developed within the company to become our managers of today.
