Approved arrangements, previously Quarantine Approved Premises and Compliance Agreements, are voluntary arrangements entered into with the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources.
These arrangements allow operators to manage biosecurity risks and/or perform the documentary assessment of goods in accordance with departmental requirements, using their own premises, facilities, equipment and people, and without constant supervision by the department and with occasional compliance monitoring or auditing.
Select Civil have a Approved Arrangement Class 4.3 for the cleaning of goods & containers that are subject to Biosecurity Control.
Situated close to the industrial hub of Unanderra, close to Port Kembla and just off the Princes Highway, the accessibility for transport to, and distribution from, the facilities is ideal for use as a Quarantine Wash Facility. Our wash bay facility with overhead crane has the capacity for washing large items of equipment to be passed by Biosecurity and should additional repairs or maintenance be required to the equipment prior to shipment, our team of experienced Heavy Plant mechanics & technicians are available on site.
